We are located in Homosassa in Citrus County, on "Florida's Nature Coast", 70 miles north of Tampa and 60 miles northwest of Orlando, along Florida's west-central coast and the Gulf of Mexico. We also offer our services in the county of Marion located to the northeast.  Citrus County is known for its beautiful waterways, crystal clear springs, and gentle manatees.

Phil Oakes, Broker/Member, is a licensed Florida Real Estate Broker and relocated to Florida after graduation with a BA degree from the University of North Carolina at Asheville in 1981. His real estate career began with Century 21 in Orlando Florida where he specialized in residential sales and second homes. In 1990, recognizing a specialized niche in second and vacation homes, he started his own real estate brokerage firm. Together with his wife Gail, they owned and operated Ventura Properties, Inc., and Ventura Resort Rentals, Inc. They managed and brokered condominium vacation rentals and single family residential homes for over 700 absentee homeowner clients in Orlando.

	Today, the waterways of Citrus County are where they enjoy the benefits of living and working on the Homosassa River. Many of Phil’s real estate clients often see waterfront homes, islands, and investment property while viewing the natural wonders of the environment perched on his flats boat, airboat or even a kayak!

Robbie Anderson, Owner/Managing Member is a licensed Florida Community Association Manager, and specializes exclusively in community and vacation rental property management. She is a professional, with solid experience in community association management, single-family, real estate leasing and management transactions. She will provide prompt, reliable service to you, your community or tenants and is available 24/7 for emergencies. She has chosen to specialize in property management and vacation rentals. Her only business is community association and property management; guest and owner referrals from Realtors remain the referring agent’s lead. She does not represent sellers or buyers. Your owner and tenant referrals to our management office will remain your buyer and seller leads.
